Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Autoconfianza (“we”, “our” or “us”) issues refunds for the digital products — infoapps, ebooks and subscription software (SaaS) — sold through www.autoconfianzamasc.online and our product sales pages. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases of our digital products. Where a purchase is completed through a third-party payment platform or marketplace, that platform's own refund rules and guarantee periods may also apply — in that case, whichever terms are more favorable to you prevail. The guarantee period for each product is also stated on its checkout page.

2. Guarantee for One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases of digital products — infoapps, ebooks and digital guides — are covered by a satisfaction guarantee of at least seven (7) days from the date of purchase, as required by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990, art. 49). Where a longer guarantee is offered on the sales or checkout page for a specific product, the longer period applies.

Within the guarantee period you may request a full refund without justification — we may ask for brief, optional feedback to help us improve. After the guarantee period ends, one-time purchases are considered final, except in the situations described in Sections 3 and 4.

3. Subscriptions (SaaS)

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. The rules are:

• Cancel anytime. Cancellation can be done from your account or by email, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. It stops all future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• First payment. Your first subscription payment may be refunded in full if requested within seven (7) days of purchase.
• Renewals. Renewal charges are generally not refundable, since cancelling before the renewal date prevents them. If a renewal was charged in error — or you cancelled and were billed anyway — we refund it in full.
• Outages. If a service outage attributable to us prevents meaningful use of the software, we credit or refund the affected period.

4. Delivery Failures

If you complete a purchase and do not receive access to the product, contact us. If we cannot deliver working access within a reasonable time of your report, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the guarantee period.

5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

• Requests made after the applicable guarantee period has closed (except as described in Sections 3 and 4)
• Dissatisfaction with personal results where the product matches its description — our products are educational and informational, and outcomes depend on individual use
• Renewal charges that cancellation before the renewal date would have prevented, where no billing error occurred
• Purchases with evidence of fraud, abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated purchase-refund cycles) or violation of our Terms of Use

6. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to contact@autoconfianzamasc.online with:

• The full name and email address used at checkout
• The date of purchase and the transaction reference or proof of payment
• The product concerned
• Optionally, the reason for the request

If you bought through a payment platform that offers its own refund button or process, you may also request the refund directly through that platform. We acknowledge every request within five (5) business days and communicate the outcome in writing.

7. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are issued within ten (10) business days of approval, to the same payment method used in the original transaction. How long the amount takes to appear in your statement depends on your bank, card issuer or payment platform and is outside our control. Third-party transaction, currency-conversion or transfer fees are not refundable by us.

8. Effect of a Refund on Access

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product is revoked: logins are deactivated and download links expire. Copies of downloadable content must be deleted, as the license granted at purchase ends with the refund.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — direct requests are almost always resolved faster. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks filed without a prior refund request or outside the terms of this Policy, and to suspend access while a dispute is pending.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Where such laws grant you broader rights than described here, those rights apply.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date and applies to purchases made after publication.
